Thank you for your continued support of the Lions Gate Maternity Clinic (LGMC): we are pleased to assist your patients during this exciting time. Our comprehensive care spans throughout pregnancy and for the first 6 weeks postpartum: though we accept referrals at any stage we prefer to see patients early in their pregnancy (9-10 weeks).
Should your patient have any of the following, please refer them to an obstetrician for specialized pregnancy care.
- pre-existing hypertension
- TYPE 1 or TYPE 2 Diabetes
- chronic kidney disease
- multiple gestation (twins)
If you are unsure, do not hesitate to contact us and together we will determine the most appropriate care provider.
